Job Description:
The First Americans' Educational Leadership (FAEL) grant program seeks to increase the number of highly qualified American Indian aspiring administrators who will serve as administrators in schools with significant American Indian student populations.
The FAEL induction mentor will work with administrators who are in their first two years of service. In this role, mentors will conduct on-site visits and provide mentoring and feedback to administrators. Induction mentors will also attend monthly professional development sessions conducted by the FAEL program.
