About the Opportunity
This position at the School of Law will provide academic support to students in the FlexJD and LLM programs for six hours per week. Duties include meeting and working individually with students requiring academic support to help them improve their legal skills and skills needed to succeed in law school and on the bar exam. These skills include legal research, writing and analysis; exam-taking; and time management. The Academic Success Mentor will be expected to provide individual feedback to students.
Some availability for evening and/or weekend hours is required.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years as a JD student
Preferred Qualifications: JD; law school teaching experience; experience in teaching law and/or writing;; familiarity with ESL students
